1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the service.
  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

2. Service Policy

  • We ensure high-quality service, but individual results may vary based on skin type, makeup longevity, and other factors.
  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before their appointment.
  • We do not guarantee exact replication of reference images but will strive to create a look tailored to you.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments can be made via cash, online transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Once the service is completed, payments are non-refundable.
  • If a client is dissatisfied, we encourage open communication, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Any personal information shared with us, including contact details, will be kept confidential.
  • Photos taken for promotional purposes will only be used with the client’s consent.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Makeover By Farjana Nipa is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or unforeseen results caused by makeup products or styling.
  • Clients assume full responsibility for their decision to proceed with the makeover services.

6. Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated periodically. Clients are encouraged to check for any changes before booking a service.
